- Job Description:
- - Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services.
- - Preparation of shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.
- - Documentation of method statements and work procedures.
- - Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
- - Evaluation, cost estimation, and analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas services.
- - Liaison with all parties involved in the project, including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractor, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers.
- - Attend site meetings and inspections.
- - Prepare progress reports, claims, variation orders (VO), method statements, and safe work procedures.
- - Assist the project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project.
- Job Requirements:
- - Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline.
- - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position with relevant design knowledge.
- - HDB projects experience in Singapore is a must.
- - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- - Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services will be an added advantage.
- - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, innovative and result-oriented.
- - Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
