Plant & Workshop Manager (Rail / Infrastructure)

Location: KL Workshop Based

What You Will Do

  • - Oversee the overall operation, maintenance, and availability of rail track machinery and workshop activities.
  • - Manage a large fleet of aging rail assets, ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and minimizing downtime.
  • - Lead mechanics and fabrication teams to support uninterrupted rail construction operations.

What You Will Need

  • - 8–15 years of experience in plant, machinery, or workshop management within rail, infrastructure, or heavy construction projects.
  • - Strong hands-on knowledge of rail track machinery, locomotives, wagons, and heavy equipment maintenance.
  • - Experience in coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and fabricators.
