Location: KL Workshop Based

What You Will Do
- - Oversee the overall operation, maintenance, and availability of rail track machinery and workshop activities.
- - Manage a large fleet of aging rail assets, ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and minimizing downtime.
- - Lead mechanics and fabrication teams to support uninterrupted rail construction operations.
What You Will Need
- - 8–15 years of experience in plant, machinery, or workshop management within rail, infrastructure, or heavy construction projects.
- - Strong hands-on knowledge of rail track machinery, locomotives, wagons, and heavy equipment maintenance.
- - Experience in coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and fabricators.
