Salary range: $4000-$5500

Location: Singapore

• Job Description:
• - Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services.
• - Preparation of shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.
• - Documentation of method statements and work procedures.
• - Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
• - Evaluation, cost estimation, and analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas.
• - Liaison with all parties involved in the project, including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractor, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers.
• - Attend site meetings and inspections.
• - Prepare progress reports, claims, variation orders (VO), method statements, and safe work procedures.
• - Assist the project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project.
• Job Requirements:
• - Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline.
• - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position with relevant design knowledge.
• - HDB projects experience in Singapore is a must.
• - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• - Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services will be an added advantage.
• - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, innovative, and result-oriented.
• - Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
