Key Contributions

  • HR & Recruitment Support
  • Recruitment & Training:
  • Assist with posting job advertisements across various channels, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and welcoming candidates during on-site interviews.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing workstations and access/parking arrangements for new employees, as well as coordinating the return of company property and completion of necessary handovers for departing employees.
  • HR Data Management:
  • Maintain, update, and archive employee records in both hard and soft copies, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
  • Recruitment Events:
  • Support recruitment activities, including career fairs, roadshows, campus events, and other hiring initiatives.

Administrative Support

Correspondence & Documentation:

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, systematically organize and archive documents, and assist in preparing internal communications and administrative documents.

Internal Culture & Events

Support the planning and execution of internal communication activities, monthly birthday celebrations, team-building activities, Year-End Parties, and other company-wide events.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior

  • HR internship experience is a plus.
  • Able to dedicate full-time availability for a 3–6 month engagement
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize AI tools effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication, and time management skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude and passion for people-related work.

Good English communication

skills are mandatory.
