• Responsibilities:

Management Reporting

• - Lead the preparation and review of management accounts, flash reports, and variance analyses.
• - Perform quality checks on financial statements from the reporting team and prepare management narratives.
• - Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of actual vs planned spend.
• - Prepare quarterly board papers, performance dashboards, and executive summaries.

Corporate Finance & Special Projects

• - Build and maintain financial models and valuations for new projects, investments, and acquisitions.
• - Conduct feasibility and financial viability studies for new business opportunities.
• - Support fund-raising activities including project financing and equity placement.
• - Liaise with banks, advisors, and legal teams for due diligence and financial documentation.
• Must Have:
• - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• - 5–7 years of experience in management reporting, corporate finance, or project finance.
• - Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• - Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Nice to have / Bonus:
• - MBA, CFA, or ACCA qualification.
• - Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.
• - Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with regional partners and investors.
