Equity Investment Manager / Assistant Investment Manager

• - A top-tier Chinese asset management institution
• Location:
• - Hong Kong
• Responsibilities:
• - Proactively identify and screen high-quality equity investment opportunities, building and maintaining a robust deal pipeline.
• - Lead the end-to-end execution of investment projects, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• - Oversee post-investment management of portfolio companies and provide value-added support.
• - Participate in formulating exit strategies and assist in executing exit plans.
• Pre-requisites:
• - Master’s degree or above, with a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier domestic or international university.
• - 5-8 years of experience in private equity or related investment fields, with a track record of full-cycle project execution.
• - Deep industry knowledge and an established network within relevant sectors.
• - Diverse background preferred (e.g., primary/secondary markets, onshore/offshore, equity/debt, financial/investor or industrial investor perspectives).
• - Strong financial modeling, due diligence analysis, and negotiation skills.
• - Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of independently managing deals and post-investment responsibilities.
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• - CFA or CPA designation preferred.
