• Salary Range:
• - $5000-$7000
• Benefits:
• - 0-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month - 2% medical pay per month - 5.5 working days per week
• Job Description:
• - Ensure projects are carried out on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.
• - Oversee construction activities on site, including any changes to works, and check drawings to ensure the design can be implemented effectively.
• - Manage, coordinate, implement, execute, control, and complete specific projects.
• - Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
• - Serve as the main point of contact; attend meetings at site, with clients, project teams, and relevant authorities.
• - Responsible for site supervision and implementation.
• - Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedule.
• - Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule.
• - Ensure Environment, Safety, and Health practices are always adhered to.
• Job Requirements:
• - Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• - Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• - At least 2 years of relevant experience working as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager in an electrical construction environment.
• - Electrical experience at sub-contractors is preferred.
