Key Responsibilities

• - Take full responsibility for both pre- and post-contract administration, utilizing the FIDIC contract suite.
• - Manage procurement of high-value Long Lead Equipment (LLE).
• - Evaluate and negotiate complex contract variations.
• - Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• - Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.

Requirements

• - Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction contract management.
• - At least 3 years’ experience working on high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects.
• - Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions.
• - Strong cost procurement skills.
• - Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems.
