What You Will Do

• - Take full responsibility for pre- and post-contract administration using the FIDIC contract suite.
• - Manage high-value Long Lead Equipment (LLE) procurement.
• - Evaluate and negotiate complex contract variations.
• - Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• - Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.

What You Will Need

• - Minimum 8 years of experience in construction contract management.
• - At least 3 years of experience in high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects.
• - Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions - Strong cost procurement skills.
• - Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems.
