• - Monitor project budgets against forecasts to identify and mitigate potential commercial risk factors.
• - Facilitate commercial discussions with a Chinese main contractor requiring fluent Mandarin technical communication.
• - Oversee cost control for specialised infrastructure works including Consumer Landing Stations and buildings.
• Experience you need:
• - Hold a professional Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction management field.
• - Minimum 5 years of specialized experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building infrastructure.
• - Deep knowledge of construction contracts and advanced commercial administration for high-value project packages.
• Strong negotiation skills and analytical mindset for managing multi-trade subcontractor packages and claims.
• Nice to have / Bonus:
• - Prior experience with EPC projects or large-scale industrial developments in the Johor region.
