Construction Manager - Data Centre, Industrial & Semiconductor projects

• 4 x roles > New Projects / Hands-on site CM / Hyer-Scale Data Centre / Greenfield D&B factory / Semi Con / Master ground engineering & BIM clash resolution / Data Centre, FAB, Industrial, infrastructure and Semi con.

• Experience you need:
• -Deep expertise in substructure works, piling, and reinforced concrete.
• -Data Centre, Industrial, Infra, Advanced Manufacturing or Semiconductor projects -Experience from Tier 1/2 contractors, civil or infrastructure
• Nice to have / Bonus:
• -Certified Lifting Supervisor status with valid CIDB Green Card.
• -Hands-on proficiency using Navisworks for on-site BIM clash resolution.

• -Highly practical builder skilled at resolving Soil Investigation discrepancies.

Work Arrangement

-Site-based, attached to 1 project in Nilai, Sepang or Banting -Multiple roles & Projects -Start dates in Sep / Q4 -Supported relocation for Malaysian nationals
