- Represent the organization as primary dealmaker at elite international property summits and global investment forums.
Property Portfolio & Pipeline: Multi-billion ringgit portfolio spanning thousands of acres across integrated townships, commercial retail centers, and industrial hubs.
Experience you need:
-8 to 12 years in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate investment promotion.
-Proven track record securing high-value deal collaborations with government agencies, MNCs, or investors.
-Established network across Malaysian government investment agencies, top research universities, or tech accelerators.
-Demonstrated capability pitching high-stakes investment concept papers directly to C-suite and board members.
