ACMV Project Engineer
Software Engineer

- - $3,500 – $7,000
- Benefits:
- - 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month - 2% Medical Allowance per month
- Job Responsibilities:
- - Ensure projects are carried out on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.
- - Oversee construction activities on site, manage any changes to works, and review drawings to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
- - Manage all aspects of project management, including coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.
- - Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
- - Serve as the main point of contact; attend meetings at site with clients, the project team, and relevant authorities.
- - Responsible for site supervision and implementation of works.
- - Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedule.
- - Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule.
- - Ensure Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices are always adhered to.
- Job Requirements:
- - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- - Minimum 4 years’ experience in mechanical works for construction subcontractors (preferably ACMV).
- - Proficient in reading and using AutoCAD drawings.
- - Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
